The posada favor for your team is an extra and does not replace the aguinaldo. Article 87 of Mexico's Federal Labor Law sets the aguinaldo at no less than 15 days of salary, paid before December 20. Think of the favor as an extra with a name or team design.

Favors for clients: what to consider before gifting

Article 28, section III of the LISR (Mexico's income tax law) restricts gifts to clients, with exceptions for expenses tied to selling products or services offered to everyone. Check with your accountant before deciding.

Invoice and accountant: what to check before quoting
Before quoting, check with your accountant whether you need an invoice, because a valid CFDI alone does not guarantee the deduction. You also have to prove the transaction, that the expense is strictly necessary and that payment uses an authorized method. Your accountant decides what applies in your case.
