How to Order Custom Stationery Online
You don't need to visit a physical print shop to get stationery with your brand on it: the whole process at Yume happens online, from Guadalajara, with shipping to any city in Mexico. This guide walks through how to quote and order step by step, so you know what to prepare before reaching out.
The process, step by step
1) Request a quote via WhatsApp or from the online shop, telling us which product and quantity you need. 2) Send us your details or your logo/design, depending on the product. 3) We send you a digital proof so you can check everything is correct. 4) You approve the design, and only then does it go to production. 5) You receive your order by courier at the address you give us, anywhere in Mexico.
The only in-person step in the whole process is receiving the package: everything else, including design approval, happens remotely over WhatsApp or email.
What to have ready before requesting a quote
For a medical prescription pad: your full name, specialty, professional license number, and your practice's contact details. For logo stickers: your design file (ideally a PNG, PDF, AI, or SVG with a transparent background) and the quantity you want.
If you don't have a finished logo or design yet, tell us anyway when requesting a quote: we can work on it together before reaching the digital proof stage; you don't need to arrive with everything already figured out.
Why you don't need a physical print shop in Guadalajara

That said, if you're in the Guadalajara metro area, turnaround tends to be a bit faster simply due to proximity, though the quoting and approval process is identical for the whole country.
