Personalized Wedding Favors: Ideas with Name and Date

A personalized wedding favor is a small gift each guest takes home with the couple's names, the date or the wedding's design. It thanks them for coming and leaves a tangible keepsake. What makes it valuable is that it has a use, or a place, after the party.

Favor boxes: a small handled box in opalina cardstock, with the couple's names and your wedding's theme. It arrives assembled and empty, ready to fill. It can go on the candy table so each guest builds their own, or arrive already filled at each place setting.

Stickers: initials and date on water-resistant vinyl to seal gift bags, close invitation envelopes or decorate jars on the candy table. It is the simplest way to make a simple detail look planned.

Temporary tattoos: the couple's initials or the date as a detail at the welcome table or on the dance floor. Guests wear them for the rest of the party and they show up in photos. They are quoted by design and quantity.

Order one favor per guest or one per family or couple, plus a few extra for the couple's table, photos and surprises. Start from your confirmed guest list, because at Yume you buy the exact number of pieces and the minimum depends on the product.

The minimum is 10 favor boxes and 40 vinyl stickers. First 100 pieces: 100 favor boxes cost $7500 MXN and 100 vinyl stickers cost $350 MXN. For stickers, past 100 pieces each extra piece is at wholesale price. Temporary tattoos are quoted over WhatsApp.

Use the same design everywhere: same colors, same typography and same initials on the invitation, the menu and the favor. The wedding then reads as one planned set instead of loose pieces. Define the design once, approve the digital proof and order each piece with that same file.

Request a quote as soon as you have a date, a venue and an idea of your colors, and order for real when the guest list is nearly final. That leaves room to review the digital proof, make adjustments and receive the order without rushing, especially if your event has a fixed date.

The digital proof usually arrives within 24 hours of payment. Once you approve it, your order takes 5 to 10 business days to reach your door anywhere in Mexico, or is ready for pickup at a Casa Blanca branch in Guadalajara in 4 to 6 business days.

Home delivery costs $199 MXN and is free on orders of $750 MXN or more. If you are also ordering invitations or menus, it helps to coordinate everything in one conversation so each piece's timing fits your date.
