How to Order Custom Event Invitations

Whether it's a wedding, a quinceañera, a baby shower, or a corporate event, the invitation is usually the first thing your guests see of the event: it's worth having it match what you're putting together. Here's how the process works to order custom ones at Yume.

What information we need

To quote, we need: the type of event and the date, the number of invitations you need, the text you want included (names, date, place, time, and any notes like a dress code), and whether you have a style or visual reference in mind.

We also need to know whether you're looking for a printed invitation, a digital one (to share via WhatsApp), or both: the design process is the same, only the final format changes.

The design and approval process

With your details, we put together a design proposal and send it to you as a digital proof. You can request adjustments before approving it: it's much easier to fix a color or a line of text at this stage than after the invitations are already printed.

Once you approve the final design, it goes to production (if you ordered printed ones) or we deliver the final file ready to send (if it's digital, or both).

When to start requesting a quote

As with any printed piece, it's worth quoting well ahead of the event: that leaves room to adjust the design without rushing production or shipping. If your event already has a date, you can reach out now even if you haven't nailed down every detail yet.

Tell us the type of event, the approximate date, and the quantity you estimate you'll need, and we'll build the quote from there.

Interested?

This one is quoted per project: tell us about your event or brand and we'll confirm price and turnaround.
