How to Order Custom Event Invitations

To quote your invitations we need five things: the type of event and the date, the number of invitations, the full text (names, place, time, and notes), a style reference if you have one, and the format: printed, digital, or both. With that we build the quote over WhatsApp, even if you haven't nailed everything down yet.

A style reference can be a photo, a color palette, the venue's decor, or an invitation you liked. You don't need to arrive with the design solved: that's exactly what the digital proof we send you is for.

If you already have other pieces for the event, such as the menu or table details, tell us from the start. That way the invitation is designed with the whole set in mind rather than as an isolated piece.

Count one invitation per household or couple, not per person, unless you want one per guest with their name on it. Add a few spares for last-minute guests and for you and your family. Give us the approximate number and we adjust the quote once your list is confirmed.

If your list is still changing, start with the number you estimate and let us know when it's confirmed. It's better to quote with an approximate figure than to wait weeks for the final list.

For digital invitations, quantity matters less, because the same file is shared with all your guests. In that case what matters is making sure the text and design look good on a phone screen.

Include who is inviting, what is being celebrated, the date, start time, the venue with its full address, and how to confirm attendance. If there is a dress code or a special note, add it in one short line. Check names and numbers twice: a wrong detail is repeated on every piece.

Write names the way you want them to appear, with surnames, titles, or nicknames if that applies. For corporate events, confirm the company name exactly as the company uses it.

If you don't know how to word the message, send us whatever you have, even a general idea, and we'll help you organize it in the proposal. The clearer the text, the fewer adjustments are needed later.

With your details we put together a design proposal and send it to you as a digital proof. You can request adjustments before approving it, and only once you approve the final design does it go to production. Fixing a color or a line of text at this stage is much easier than after printing.

Once you approve, it goes to production if you ordered printed invitations, or we deliver the final file ready to send if they are digital or both. Nothing is printed without your approval.
